Minimum engagement: Monthly add on to active bookkeeping services
Flat fee based on standard bill volume. Higher volume quoted separately.

Includes:

• Vendor bill entry into QuickBooks

• Coding to correct accounts

• Managing due dates and basic workflow

• Preparing bills for owner approval

Owner responsibilities:

• Approving payments

• Printing and mailing checks

• Initiating ACH, wire, or credit card payments

Accounts payable services do not include vendor disputes, payment execution, or accounts receivable activities.

Cleanup and Catch Up Bookkeeping

Cleanup and catch up services are available for businesses that are behind or require corrective work before monthly bookkeeping can begin.

Pricing: $90 per hour
Minimum engagement: 1 hour
Flat fee quoted after initial review when applicable.

Includes:

• Bringing books current

• Correcting miscategorized transactions

• Resolving structural issues impacting accuracy

• Preparing accounts for ongoing monthly bookkeeping

Cleanup work may be required before monthly services are accepted.

Customized QuickBooks Report Creation

For businesses that want clearer visibility from their existing QuickBooks data, KAKE Strategic Solutions offers one time customized report creation.

Pricing: $90 per hour
Minimum engagement: 1 hour
Includes:

• Review of existing QuickBooks setup

• Creation of customized management reports

• Filtering, grouping, and formatting for clarity

• Guidance on how to run and use the reports
